A fine way to eat lamb chops.

New at the Tavern, a set of eight French silver lamb chops holders…much smaller (4″) than the “manche a gigot” (see previous post on the subject), these are the proper alternate to eat lamb chops without knife & fork. They are fairly rare, even in France and I was quite happy to have fall on my lap (literally, a dealer brought them to me last weekend).¬†They bear Emile Puiforcat’s trademark, an excellent and desirable silver maker and are available on this page.
